You need 350 grams of plain yoghurt, 1 tablespoon of baking soda, 1 cup of vegetable oil, 2 cups of sugar, 3 cups of flour, sour cream and 4 kiwis. All ingredients should be at room temperature - this applies to the yoghurt and sour cream in particular. You do not need any specific utensils - you have to use a mixing bowl and a mixer as well as a cake form for baking.

The next step is to add the ingredients into the mixing bowl. Add the yoghurt and the baking soda first and mix. Then add the oil and do the same. Next comes the sugar - do not miss to mix it with the yoghurt very well. Finally, you add the flour and mix everything again. After having the mixture ready, you need to spread some oil on the bottom and walls of the form.
